Transformational Breath Facilitator and Co-Trainer
 

For the past ten years or so, my deepest wish has been to serve in the awakening of all those who are open to uncovering who they truly are.  To that effect, I have felt the call to create The House of Awakening, where tools are offered to help unlock the potential that is at the core of all of us, to access and harness the power, the light, the love and the truth that we all are. 

Judith Kravitz’ Transformational Breathwork, as well as Brandon Bays’ The Journey, are two very simple yet powerful modalities that I work with to reach and empower more and more people, be it through my private practice, or through talks and workshops.  Hence, although based in Hitchin, I also travel to wherever there is a call for this work, whether in the UK or abroad. 

Lately I have also started doing introductory evenings in private living rooms where I find it is easier for some people to feel safe enough to open to this work.  I am deeply grateful for the powerful gift of both Transformational Breathwork and Journeywork.
