Sarah first experienced conscious connected breathing in 2000 and the impact was powerful and tangible. She has worked with conscious connected breathing ever since; once you experience breath work there is no going back! First training as a Rebirther, with extensive experience of working with conscious connected breathing in water, Sarah then trained as a Transformational Breath® Facilitator.
Sarah specialises in working with those who are curious about their sensitivity, their intuition, and their creativity. This gentle work is highly suitable for those who want an enhanced quality of living and reduce the impact of stress, anxiety, trauma and depression. This powerful and safe process can be a lantern to a dark path. Sarah is a regular sea swimmer and adores the benefits of all year-round cold water swimming.
