Learn the power of your breath, a full introduction

In need of a recharge? Some time and space for you to release any tension or stress maybe?

Then come and join this five and a half hour workshop where you will learn a powerful technique that will transform the way you breathe and experience not only one, but two full sessions in a day.

You will go on a journey with your breath which will help you to better understand your own breathing pattern and what that means.

Most of us may have a dysfunctional breathing pattern and are only using about a third of our whole respiratory system. Not even half. We take over 20,000 breaths a day and if I was to ask how many of them are you actually aware of I am guessing maybe none. What else we may not be aware of is that how well we are breathing, can directly impact how well we are feeling.

By starting to pay attention to our breath we can start to notice and then unlock some of the tensions, stresses and traumas that we can store away unconsciously that can impact our health and wellbeing without us even realising.

Transformational Breath® is an integrative, connected breathing technique that allows you to access stored emotions and traumas in the body to enable them to integrate and heal. We will be exploring the physical, mental / emotional and spiritual elements of our breath.

Welcome & introductions from 2pm

First Transformational Breath® session

Break – please do bring your own refreshments, there are also many places nearby to buy food if you wish.

Coaching Session

Second Transformational Breath® session followed by meditation

What will I need?

A pen and notebook for the coaching and any journalling you wish to do throughout the day.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, particularly around the abdomen. Try to avoid caffeine and do not eat a heavy meal before coming.

Do bring water, a pillow and blanket for your own comfort. Mats will be provided.

This workshop is suitable for everyone over the age of 18.
