How should I prepare for this event?
The session is over an hour in length lying on yoga mats on the floor.
The venue is a purpose built centre with underfloor heating. Please wear comfortable (yoga like) clothing.
It’s good to wear layers of clothing so you can wrap up if you get cold, or remove layers if you get hot. Blankets are provided for relaxation.
Bring a water bottle as your mouth may become dry and you may feel thirsty.
