Learn some simple Breath and Yoga-based techniques to support you through the hectic weeks ahead
As the festive season approaches, take a few hours to give yourself the gift of gentle practice that will restore and sustain you, with simple practical tools to smooth your way through the ups and downs of the weeks ahead.
In keeping with the intentions of the season, the day will be about love, joy, giving and community. A chance to remind ourselves of all the reasons this time of year is so special.
At the same time, we know it can also be stressful, busy, and a time when the pressure for everything to be ‘just right’ can feel overwhelming. This full day workshop will provide you with the perfect opportunity to refresh and restore yourself, so you are ready to fully enjoy all the pleasures of Christmas.
The day will feature:
• Two full Transformational Breath® sessions
• Restorative Yoga session
• Delicious, healthy lunch and afternoon tea
You will also leave with a recommended short daily yoga and breathwork practice that will help you start each day in the best way possible, as well as some simple breathing techniques you can call upon at any time, designed to help you feel calm and relaxed when things get hectic.
