Helena Boland is an experienced Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader. She welcomes you to her bespoke Transformational Breath® Centre in High Barnet, North London.  You are  invited to deepen your Transformational Breath® practice at her regular monthly Breath Circles.

You are already familiar with the healing and transformative power of this unique breath technique. Now you have the opportunity to deepen your Transformational Breath® practice at our regular Breath Circles. Come and experience how this simple yet profound healing technique can help release stress and bring more energy, joy and well-being into your life. Please note this is the final Breath Circle before the summer break                                                       

Breath Circle 7.00 – 8.30pm for those ‘who have breathed with me before’ or done Transformational Breath® with one of my colleagues.

Safely held space in the tranquility of Whalebone Park, so you can go as deep as you like.


How should I prepare for this event?

The main session is over an hour in length lying on yoga mats on the floor.

If you have difficulty lying flat on the floor please let me know in advance.

Please eat lightly beforehand,

it is best to practice on an empty stomach.

The venue is a purpose built center with underfloor heating. Please wear comfortable (yoga like) clothing.

It’s good to wear layers of clothing so you can wrap up if you get cold, or remove layers if you get hot.

Blankets, pillows, and all other equipment is provided for relaxation.

Bring a water bottle as your mouth may become dry and you may feel thirsty.
