Breathe Yourself Happier and Calmer (online) workshop

Use the power of your breath to help you lead a happier, calmer life through the power of Transformational Breath(R)

Your breath is the only wellbeing tool that you have with you all the time. The one that you can access no matter where you are, who you are with or what you are doing. This makes it an incredibly powerful tool to build emotional resilience, reduce stress and help us to feel calmer.

This workshop will teach you about Transformational Breath(R), help you gain greater insight into your own unique breath pattern, and learn how you can use your breath to support your wellbeing, making breathwork a part of your daily self-care practice.

You will have the chance to experience a gently guided breathwork session, teaching you to open up your breath so you can breathe more fully and easily, as well as time to share and for any questions afterwards.

About your Workshop Leader
Allison Lindsay. I am a business psychologist by background with a long history of working in the corporate world. Now I work as a coach and breathworker, with a particular focus on wellbeing and resilience-building.

I run workshops and support clients on a one-to-one basis with issues including stress management, anxiety, grief, finding their purpose in life, building confidence. I am particularly interested in utilising the body-mind connection to help my clients gain increased awareness of self-limiting patterns and discover new ways to be, that are more satisfying, productive and meaningful.

I am a published author (on the topic of work-life balance) and co-host of The Embodiment Podcast, as well as a certified Transformational Breath(R) facilitator and workshop leader.
