7.00-7.30pm Beginners Introduction to Transformational Breath®
For anyone who has not tried Transformational Breath® before, please arrive at 7pm and book your place as a Beginner as well as booking your place for the main Breath Circle itself.
We provide this time extra to the main Breath Circle so that we can introduce you to the power and benefits of practising Transformational Breath®. We will explain the technique, how we will work with you during the Breath Circle and also what you might experience as part of trying this powerful work.
Transformational Breath® is quite a different approach to Rebirthing, Wim Hof, Holotropic or yoga-based breathwork and it is important that you learn the technique before we start the main session.

7.30-9.00pm Main Breath Circle
This class is suitable for those who have breathed with us before or who have done Transformational Breath® recently with one of our colleagues. Everyone is welcome. Please arrive promptly.
