This breathwork practice will help you reconnect to back to yourself, your body, your intuition, easing any stress, tension or anxiety so that you come away feeling lighter, more energised, creative, calm and with greater emotional balance, mental clarity and focus.

What to expect:

  • We’ll begin with a short 15 min introduction and I’ll talk about the benefits plus demonstrate the technique so you feel fully prepared before we start
  • You’ll then get super cosy on your mat (or bed) and be guided through a simple yet powerful 30 min breathwork journey which will include sound, movement and positive affirmations
  • Sink into your mat/ bed  for 5-10 mins of relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session
  • We’ll come back & there’ll be time to share if you’d like or you may just wish to leave Zoom & have time to process on your own at home
  • No previous breathwork experience required

How should I prepare?

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session
  • Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally
  • Set up a comfy, quiet, safe space where you won’t be disturbed with pillows and a blanket (you’ll need to be lying down, so bed is perfect or a yoga mat)
  • It’s compulsory that your computer/ phone screen is set up so I can see your body/ breath throughout the session
  • Headphones help you fully immerse yourself into the session without any distractions
  • Have your water bottle, tissues, journal & pen handy
  • Light a candle, grab a crystal or anything else you’d like to enhance your experience

Who is it suitable for?

All levels of breathwork experience welcome, whether you’ve never tried it before or you’re a regular.

Please consult your medical practitioner first if you experience any of the below:

  • Any pre-existing heart conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • High or low blood pressure with history of fainting
  • Pregnancy
  • Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, personality disorder
  • Untreated/ severe PTSD
  • Pre-existing lung disease
  • Recent major surgery
  • History of stroke
  • Glaucoma/ detached retina
  • Asthma – please ensure you have your inhaler
