This vision board, intention-setting by guided meditation and 2 guided Transformational Breath ® sessions workshop is specifically designed for you!

Join us for a mindful 5 hour practice of breathwork, meditation, vision board making to release the old, create space for what is ready to rise, and set intentions for the New Year.

This workshop will share methods and techniques to optimize the power of your breath, to anchor to your dreams and to allow the magic of manifestation to work in your life.

The transformational breath session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical wellbeing, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion.

Transformational Breath ® can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

  • Two Full Facilitated Breath Sessions: Experience the profound effects of Transformational Breath in two in-depth sessions.
  • One Short Joy Breath Session: You will learn how to do a daily practice
  • Crafting your very own vision board: Letting your creative juices flow, crafting your very own vision board that includes all your dreams and desires. After following this fun exercise, We will help you stamp your intention and goals in place during our second Transformational Breath session experience.
  • Guided Breathwork Journey: Incorporate hands-on acupressure, sound, movement, and positive affirmations to open up your breathing.
  • Relaxation Time: Spend 10-15 minutes at the end of each session to integrate your experience.
  • Group Sharing: Share your experiences and receive tips for daily practice.
