Do you want to get back to that place of inner calm and does your mind constantly feel scattered or overwhelmed, breathwork can take you to a place within yourself to ease that internal noise and tension.
Learn how to harness the transformative power of deep conscious connected breathwork in this beginners guide workshop to help you understand breathwork, experience first-hand how it can gently and beautifully brings you back home to yourself.
In this 2 hour fully guided breath workshop you are provided with a safe space where you can allow the subconscious to open, clearing the blocks holding you back and releasing through the breath any old and stagnant energies holding you back from really connecting to your true and authentic self. Retrain your breathing to become deeper and fuller and really allow yourself to soften to everyday life and its challenges.
We will breathe to reset the nervous system, shut down the mental chatter and fold ourselves softly into that space of calm through deep diaphragmatic breathwork.
In this 2-hour workshop you will learn:
– The science behind the breath, why we need to change the way we breath.
– Why we develop dysfunctional breathing patterns in the first place and more importantly how to correct them.
– Learn some everyday simple and easy to use breathing practices.
– A full 45-minute deep and profound Transformational Breath Session
