Breath with Mindfulness
As we restrict our breathing, so we restrict our life energy. Transformational Breath is a method of conscious breathing which unlocks the potential of the respiratory system and chemically changes the body by flooding it with oxygen and energy. The effect is like a physical and mental/emotional detox and people often access higher states of awareness.
At the workshop we will take time to investigate our breathing patterns and understand at why they are as they are. We will learn a mindfullness breath meditation and end with experiencing a Transformational Breath session; full, deep connected breathing; and its power to heal on every level.
