Master Your Breath, Master Your Life

Are you feeling the overwhelm? Having trouble sleeping? Can’t stay focussed on anything because you’re nothing thinking clearly or completely overthinking?

What if I asked you to pay attention to how you are breathing and if you could change the way you breathed you would be able to change the way you are feeling. What if I could show you a way to breathe to find that calm and clarity, improve your sleep, manage stress and not feel the overwhelm anymore so you will find you generally have more energy and your overall wellbeing improves?

Join me for a 2-hour workshop where I will give you this tool you can take away and use in your daily practice so this can be exactly what happens. During the class I will be able to observe your breathing pattern and assist you in releasing blockages and tension in the body.
The day to day stresses we deal with directly impact how deeply we breathe, mostly on an unconscious level. We hold tension, emotions, stress and most of our feelings that we don’t want to feel, or show, deep in our bodies on a cellular level. We tend to control our breath to control how we are feeling, we try to hold in the feeling that is too uncomfortable or painful to feel at the time. This behaviour or control response repeated over years, even a lifetime, can causes blocks in the body and our breath which in turn restricts our breathing pattern which in turn impacts our overall health.

Dysfunctional breathing can be causing you stress, headaches, digestive issues, muscle pain, depression, anxiety, the list goes on.

Studies show that most of us are only using about a third of our entire respiratory system. Not even half! Transformational Breath® is a tool you can use to restore your breath back to its most natural pattern, by activating your diaphragm, releasing stress and tension, detoxing your whole body and finding clarity in mind.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all, everyone is welcome. Please just complete the registration form to inform us of any contraindications and medications you are currently taking.

What do I need?

– A good internet connection
– A free zoom account (please ensure you have updated to latest version)
– Ensure you have a private space where you will not be disturbed but you can lie down, ideally on the floor on a yoga mat and where the facilitator will be able to see you whilst you are breathing.
– Pillows – for your head & maybe under the knees so have a few to hand for your own added comfort.
– A blanket
– An eye mask is optional if you have one
– Headphones if preferable, some people have reported a deeper experience when using them.
– Tissues

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement, particularly around the belly. You will ideally need to position the camera where I will be able to observe your breathing during the session to guide you accordingly.

Also please avoid heavy meals prior to the event.
