Monthly Breath Club

Suitable for those who have previously experienced Transformational Breath.

        * MONTHLY TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH CLUB * 

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 7pm to 8:30pm – throughout 2021 and into 2022 

Breeze Yoga in Beckenham SE London –  2 mins walk from Beckenham Junction station.

A monthly ‘Transformational Breath Club’ for those wanting the facilitation, guidance and the experience of a group dynamic to deepen their practice and help keep the breath open.

Please Note

This is for people who have experienced at least 1 Transformational Breath session or Introductory Workshop either with myself or another TBUK facilitator –  not suitable for complete beginners.

There is no demo/explanation, we connect as a group, I  give a brief reminder of the technique for those new to the practice, we set our intentions and then we breathe to music for a full 50 minutes, deep diving into the subconscious before dropping into our 10/15 minute integration to process and embrace the gifts in the session.

Spaces are limited to 8 so pre-booking is advised.
