Breathing is the most basic and essential of all our activities and also the most transformative. Unfortunately, most of us don’t pay attention to how we are breathing.

How we breathe is indicative of how we feel about life and how we live it.

Do you know that our breath pattern correlates to every emotion, thought and experience?

In this 1 hour workshop we will have a conscious connected breathwork session and in this session, we can let go of blockages, any emotional past drama or trauma we are holding onto in our body. By opening our breath, we will experience how our body feels, how we can identify and transform our emotions.

You are invited to join us at this Breathwork practice to improve your general well being on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
