Transformational Breath Seminar
This is a opportunity to join Trainer Brian Williams for six days of personal experience with your breath. The Personal Levels 1 – 3 Seminar are the introductory experience on the journey to discover the power of your breath and share in profound experiences. Exploring the diversity of full diaphragmatic breathing in varied ways such as Partner Breathing, Third Eye, Throat, Underwater, Triune Breath, Brain Balancing, and Mirror Breathing, Fountain of Youth, Five Tibetan Rites, “The Work”, Judgment Resolution Process from Byron Katie, Soul Dyadic Communication, New Energy Technologies, Work on the Inner Child, Fun “Break-states”, Forgiveness Exercise, Prosperity Programme ,Sound Healing, Breathing Analysis, Body Mapping, Pre- and post-session Transformational Coaching, and much more.

The cost of full board accommodation, single occupancy is £280 for the course duration.
The Benburb Priory is located in beautiful woodlands, through which flows the Blackwater River, with many nature walks. The accommodation is of a simple but comfortable standard with rooms for single occupancy. All meals and breaks are included and special dietary and access needs are provided for.
Participants should arrive at on Sunday 28 October in time for dinner at 6 p.m.
The course ends at 3.30 pm on Saturday 3 November 2018.
Travel to the event:
For those travelling by air from the UK or on international flights should fly to Dublin Airport and there is a bus connection, (Translink X3 and X4) to Dungannon or Ballygawley which takes about two hours, followed by a short taxi journey to Benburb. Local taxis are relatively inexpensive and an ideal way to make the connection.
