What will I gain?

Open restricted breathing pattern and learn to breathe fully with the diaphragm.

  • Awareness and understanding of your unique breathing pattern and its emotional meaning to unlock doors to areas in your life that you might have consciously sealed off.
  • Within the safety of the group, co-regulate your nervous system to strengthen your resilience to tolerate stress and trauma.
  • Access and integrate childhood or/and current traumatic experiences to release life long dissociation from ourselves and others.

What will the weekend Include?

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness with our certified Transformational Breath® Programme.  This enriching weekend retreat offers you the following:

  • Four full breath sessions and one shorter breath session
  • Learn your breathing pattern and set an intention for holistic self-healing.
  • Understand and practise breath analysis, body mapping, sound and movement.
  • Cultivate a daily self practice.
  • Shamanic drumming and Yoga Nidra
Elif Clarke

About the senior trainer

Elif Clarke is a highly experienced Transformational Breath®️ senior trainer with a background in psychology and trauma-informed therapy.  With over 25 years of expertise as an HCPC registered psychologist and BABCP registered psychotherapist, Elif specialises in helping individuals overcome complex, developmental trauma and attachment wounding.  Through her intuitive and compassionate guidance, she supports clients in releasing emotional blockages by working directly with the breath and body. Elif’s extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR and somatic experiencing, enhances her ability to create a safe and nurturing space for deep healing.

As a senior trainer and teacher of Transformational Breath®️, Elif has travelled worldwide, providing breathwork sessions in diverse settings such as prisons, hospices, and retreats.  Her expertise in psychology and breathwork enables her to facilitate transformative experiences for individuals suffering from trauma-related symptoms, addiction, anxiety, and depression.
