Everyone knows that breath gives us life. However, we may not realise if we’re not breathing effectively then we’re not present in our bodies. Many of us use our breath to repress and suppress our emotions which can lead to illness and disease. Our breath is a key indicator of physical, emotional and spiritual health and its impact on our quality of life gets overlooked.

18th & 19th May 2019 Discover the Power of Your Breath. An opportunity for you to go deeper with this powerful self-healing tool in a Reclaim Your Breath™ weekend led by Certified Trainer,Brian Williams and Certified Facilitators Helena Boland and Lisa Hatton. Transformational Breath® is a safe healing modality that creates more balance, energy, peace, and joy in your life. This Reclaim Your Breath™ weekend is an opportunity for you to engage with this powerful self-healing tool and experience the benefits of Transformational Breath®. During the course, you will learn the techniques of Breathing Analysis and Body Mapping and experience twice-daily breath sessions. This simple breathing technique will allow you to release deeply-held physical traumas and negative emotions and to connect to deep inner peace and calmness. No prior experience required.

About Brian Williams
Certified Transformational Breath® Trainer
Brian has been working with Transformational Breath® since 2012 and found it had such a profound and life-enhancing effect on his own life that, in order to share it, he qualified as a Facilitator in 2014 and as a Trainer in 2016. He lives and works with his wife Lucy in Saintfield, County Down, Northern Ireland and together they spend the winter months in Mallorca, Spain. Brian had a long, successful career in archaeology in Northern Ireland and taught as a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London. He is a long-term meditator and a Quaker and loves to help others to bring calmness and peace into their lives.

The Reclaim Your Breath™ weekend is non-residential and is being held in The Barn, Whalebones House, Barnet, Herts, EN5 4BZ. Whalebones House is situated on three acres of ancient woodland and natural springs in Barnet, North London. The traditional barn is a purpose- built Transformational Breath® centre. Focusing on your breath in the clean, fresh air of Whalebone Park will enable you to meet, clear and integrate your issues on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You will leave refreshed, renewed and ready for any challenges ahead.
