Transformational Breath is a powerful, empowering, self healing tool that integrates three levels of being – physical, emotional and spiritual.

Breath is vital to live and well being and during times of stress and trauma our breathing patterns and behaviour change. Often holding on to past emotional baggage.

Yet, even when there’s no trauma, most of us have developed a habit of shallow breathing. Breathing from the chest where we’re not using breath to the full capacity. What does it mean? Less energy to our cells and higher chances of physical and emotional blockages.

And our role here is to open up your breath to help you breath from the diaphragm to unlock the full potential of the respiratory system.

To open up your breath we use also additional modalities like acupressure, movements and sounds. We also use affirmations- a beautiful condensed words to program your unconscious mind.
