Who AM I? Getting to know all the parts of you.

Learn to discover & accept all parts of yourself through IFS & Transformational Breath®

Do you feel like you are your own worst enemy at times? Do you feel you can work against yourself? Do you notice that you are critical or judgmental of yourself and/or others? Are you insecure, jealous and struggle in relationships?

Do you use ways of coping that aren’t always helpful? Comfort eating, excessive social media scrolling, drinking, spending, overworking, avoiding, isolating, arguing?

Facing your shadow is not about changing who you are, but about accepting all parts of who you are.

We will start with an explanation of IFS (Internal Family Systems) from our wonderful and highly experienced therapist, Catherine Prentice, then we will explore the parts that make up you, in a meditative journey together, through IFS.

There will be time to journal our findings and share what we feel comfortable with, in pairs.

This will be followed by an explanation of Transformational Breath®, by our amazing facilitator Anna Newman, where we will learn about the incredible benefits of breathing in a particular way, what it is, how to do it, a short practice all together, then follows a full Transformational Breath® session, where any and all parts are welcome to express themselves in whatever way they can.

At the end of the workshop, we will come together to share our experiences, and learn how to take what we’ve learnt into our daily lives.
