How to Prepare for the Event:

  1. You will be lying down on mats with pillows and blankets during the session.
  2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing (avoid anything too tight or restrictive around the waist).
  3. Refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, or cigarettes before you arrive.
  4. Bring a refillable water bottle.
  5. Please arrive promptly.
